PC/Mac Monitor Adaptor Pins

I was about to cob together a second mac-monitor-to-pc adaptor based on this page, but a quick test showed it didn't match my existing one. I'm not saying the chap is wrong or his won't work, but I know this one works for me so I've recorded its pinouts and tossed it here for anyone else.

He also says he believes the reverse would work for pc-monitor-to-mac, but again that doesn't quite match an existing unit I've got. Both of my adaptors have Apple logos, but I've no idea if they're actual Mac equipment or ripoffs. Caveat emptor.
